It has a fantastic glazed finish H. 11 3/4" W. 6 1/8" IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION COLOR INTACT, NO CHIPS, OR SCRATCHES READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION AS THERE ARE SOME MISSING FLOWERS There are a few scratches on the wooden base, nothing major IMPORTANT, THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL BASE
