The dog almost looks like a Dalmation, but is not. Featuring white with brown coloring, this is simply the color scheme used by many old Lladro figurines. The dog is sitting with legs stretched out front, one paw on top of the other. Its ears are perked up as it listens intently.

The figurine is 6.75 inches tall and 12 inches long and is in Mint condition. The original box is not available. Great Dane (Dogge) was issued in 1969 and was retired in 1989 and was sculpted by one of Lladro's more famous artists, Juan Huerta. When you can find one, Great Dane normally retails for $840. The figurine has the blue Lladro hallmark on the bottom. This beauty would make a wonderful gift or addition to any porcelain dog collection or that rare Lladro figurine collection, or would be a great way to start collecting.
